July 4th

We went camping to Stoddard Creek for the 4th of July weekend with Don and Chriss Lewis and a group of their square dance buddies. We were able to use are camp trailer it is a great way to go. It is a lot better than sleeping in a tent on the ground. On July 2nd we decided to go for a drive to see the Big city of Kilgore (actually not big at all) we doubled the population. Chiss suggested we go see the fireworks so off we went and when we got there we were informed that we were a day early so we settled for ice cream. It was a nice drive.

July 4th we drove to Lima MT and went watched the bed race down main street. That was a lot of fun to watch. Following the bed race they had a parade. For such a small town population 245 they threw lots of candy and all the kids had a great time. We made it back to Pocatello just in time to get our trailer cleaned out and taken care of. We were able to see the fire works. It was a great show.
